By using SceneLine, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse SceneLine, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit. We process that content as needed to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of SceneLine.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
